Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 2+ years hardware engineering or related experience.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field with 1+ year hardware experience.
• PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution for next-generation Qualcomm rack-scale designs across teams and sites.
• Define and manage requirements, scope, schedules, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Own rack-level integration plans for compute nodes, PCIe, networking, and cooling.
• Drive firmware/software/hardware co-design and validation gating.
• Lead design reviews (architecture, layout, SI/PI, thermal, firmware).
• Coordinate platform-level debug, telemetry, and observability improvements.
