Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. seeks a System Hardware and Validation Technical Lead to guide rack-scale AI infrastructure design and validation. You will coordinate with SoC, firmware, rack design, and manufacturing teams to ensure milestones from concept to production are met.

You will lead design reviews, drive telemetry integration, and manage program KPIs while partnering across global teams in a matrixed environment. Strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field with 2+ years hardware engineering or related experience.
• Master's degree in same fields with 1+ year hardware experience, or PhD in same fields.
• Preferred: 3+ years in hardware systems, lifecycle management, and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution for rack-scale designs across multiple teams and sites.
• Define and manage requirements, schedules and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Coordinate platform-level debug, telemetry, and observability enhancements.
• Drive triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
