Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician in Lincoln, NE to maintain and repair refrigerations and related HVAC assets at the store facility. You will use commercial HVAC skills with hand and power tools to complete repairs, document activities, and respond to emergencies.

The role emphasizes safety, OSHA/EPA compliance, and teamwork within a fast-paced retail environment. This position requires relevant experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Experience with large scale rack refrigeration systems.
• EPA Type I/II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state driver's license with clean MVR report.
• 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Receive and document repair Work Orders via the system.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and diagnose issues with equipment.
• Complete required safety and training requirements.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA guidelines per Walmart policy.
• Lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights regularly.
