Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician for our Greenville, MI store. You will support and oversee repair of Refrigeration HVAC equipment, using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.

Minimum qualifications include 2 years in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance, large scale rack refrigeration experience, EPA Type I/II or Universal certification, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and a high school diploma or

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.
• EPA Certification for Refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR report.
• 18+ with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets using commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and tools.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders to support Stores and Store associates and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and guidelines by following Walmart safety and environmental policies.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights frequently.
