Walmart in Taylor, MI is seeking a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to maintain and repair our store refrigeration systems. You’ll use HVAC/R skills, hand and power tools, and digital devices to complete tasks while supporting store teams.

This full-time role requires extensive experience in large-scale rack refrigeration and EPA certification. You’ll respond to emergencies, process work orders, and uphold safety and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• Large Scale Rack Refrigeration experience.
• EPA Certification for refrigerant handling (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.
• Utilize work orders to document repairs and support stores.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and diagnose issues to ensure reliable operation.
