Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks a seasoned Technical Program Manager to support the Rack Power Space team. The role focuses on coordinating hardware development programs from concept through mass production, ensuring timely deliveries and robust documentation.

You will work with engineering and infrastructure teams in a fast-paced environment with a go-getter attitude. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hardware-focused TPM, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management focused on system-level hardware development.
• Experience managing hardware development programs from concept through production.
• Solid understanding of hardware design bring-up, validation and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with material planning, supply chain coordination and supporting high-volume production ramp-up.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive materials and dependencies between component suppliers and ODMs to ensure on-time deliveries through EVT to MP phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support multiple NPI programs and maintain action-item follow-ups.
• Own and update Source of Truth schedules from vendors to the core team at weekly updates.
• Format and maintain project documentation with guidance from the TPMs.
• Gather and consolidate feedback from engineering for recurring management updates.
• Support general busy work to keep programs on track and aligned.
• Ensure project documentation and timelines are up to date.
