Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management with hardware development focus.
• Proven track record managing hardware programs from concept through production.
• Solid understanding of hardware bring-up validation and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and high-volume ramp-up.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive materials and dependencies between component suppliers and ODMs to ensure on-time deliveries through all hardware development phases.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support TPMs in executing multiple NPI programs.
• Own and update SOT Source of Truth schedules from vendors to the core team at weekly update meetings.
• Format and maintain documentation with guidance from the TPMs.
• Gather and consolidate feedback from the engineering team for recurring updates to management and the broader org.
• Help manage general busy work that keeps programs on track and aligned.
• Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up to date and accurate.
