Job summary

A leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead the development of high-density IT rack systems. This role requires expertise in precision sheet metal fabrication, project management experience, and the ability to integrate cooling systems into mechanical enclosures. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. The position is based in Fremont, California and offers a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication.
• Understanding of metal behavior, including bend deductions and structural stress points.
• Experience with IT rack frames and cooling hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical lead for rack frame development.
• Manage the end-to-end New Product Introduction lifecycle.
• Oversee mechanical integration of cooling components into frames.
