Job summary

Ford Motor Company’s Ford Racing division seeks an experienced Design & Release Engineer to lead the design, release, and delivery of components across multiple commodities for current and upcoming high-performance model programs.

You will manage QCWFT, coordinate with FSS and internal/external resources, and ensure conformance to Ford Racing DNA and regulatory requirements while driving cost reduction initiatives across programs.

Qualifications

• Lead design, release, and delivery of components across commodities for Ford Racing programs.
• Manage QCWFT to support GPDS milestones.
• Lead FSS and other resources to deliver programs.
• Interface with Core Engineering to ensure customer expectations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and release across multiple components for current and upcoming Ford Racing models.
• Drive cost reduction through TVM, CRID tracking, and VCAT activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional events and align with supplier teams.
• Support issue resolution during prototype builds and launches.
