Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze official past performance records to create and arrange races between horses of equal experience and ability.
• Plan race types and determine purses in coordination with the Racing Secretary.
• Review entry applications and collect entrance fees from owners-trainers.
• Register names of persons with financial interest in horses and publish racing information.
• Oversee racing personnel and reconcile live racing accounts with Director input.
• Coordinate financial transactions and prepare W-9s and statements for accounts.
