Qualifications

• Proficient knowledge of Kronos.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Must be proficient with using computers and computer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls.
• Assist Horseman in Racing Office as needed.
• Assist Payroll by reconciling time in Kronos.
• Prepare and submit purchasing invoices in Stratton Warren.
• Provide superior customer service and maintain safety standards.
