Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Associate Specialist, Race Fuels in Newtown Square, PA, to support business, logistics, and financial processes across the Race Fuels division. You will act as an operational and commercial bridge, handling order processing, accounting support, and timely logistics coordination to enable growth in motorsports and distribution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and advanced Excel with SAP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; professional presence on calls and in emails.
• Advanced Excel, SAP proficiency; familiarity with Salesforce and ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Process and track distributor orders, coordinate with blend plant for production and shipment scheduling.
• Manage invoicing, fuel credits, and sponsored racer and engine builder program credits.
• Support customer and vendor onboarding, billing, and maintenance in SAP and related systems.
• Handle inbound inquiries through hotline and website channels.
• Assist with marketing and technical team projects, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
• EOY quality reporting functions for compliance; manage rail shipments and invoices.
• File BOLs and maintain shipping records for freight logistics partners.
