The Director of Demand and Customer Experience, Fuels & Energy (RightAngle) serves as the strategic technology partner to RaceTrac's Fuels & Energy organization. This leader aligns technology investments with business priorities, driving digital transformation, operational efficiency, customer experience improvements, and long-term growth. The role oversees product strategy, technology roadmaps, demand management, and the optimization of key platforms including RightAngle and Salesforce while identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation across the business. This Director will partner with the Supply and Freight Director to create a cohesive architecture that helps business balance supply, demand, and delivery signals.
