Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college; open to all degrees and willing to learn
• Preferably junior status
• Above average GPA
• Distinctive problem solving skills and intellectual curiosity
• Strong work ethic and accountability to get stuff done
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop and implement digital tools (spreadsheets, pivot tables, dashboards) for sales metrics and market data
• Support customer engagement via 1-800-RACE-GAS hotline and website inquiries
• Evaluate and enhance Sunoco's marketing programs including social media, events, and influencer partnerships
• Analyze market penetration and identify growth, profitability, and market-share strategies
• Research transportation, logistics, and operational processes for efficiencies and cost savings
• Evaluate competitor offerings and suggest product or program opportunities
• Shadow business development activities and assist in sales/distributor meetings
• Conduct structured research and competitive analyses (SWOT, Porter’s, PESTEL)
• Support special projects to strengthen leadership in race fuels
