Job summary

Sunoco is seeking a motivated Race Fuels Sales Support Intern to assist the sales team across markets and channels. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and technical operations within a high-performance motorsports environment, collaborating with leadership, marketing, and technical teams.

The role offers exposure to digital tools, market analysis, and strategic initiatives to strengthen Sunoco’s leadership in race fuels.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in college; we can teach you the rest.
Preferably junior status.
Strong work ethic and accountability to get stuff done.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital tools (spreadsheets, pivot tables, dashboards) for quick access to sales metrics and market data.
Support customer engagement by handling 1-800-RACE-GAS hotline and website inquiries.
Evaluate and enhance marketing/communication programs, including social media and events.
Analyze Race Fuels market penetration and identify strategies to grow market share and profitability.
Research transportation, logistics, and operations to identify efficiencies and cost savings.
Shadow business development activities and prep for sales/distributor meetings; attend select meetings.
