Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Resident Aide to support residents in our Twin Lakes community in Montgomery, Ohio. This role involves assisting with daily activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and collaborating with nursing staff to deliver compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a continuing care retirement community or hospital preferred
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift change reports
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Follow infection control and safety procedures
• Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and dining experience
• Launder residents' belongings
• Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff

Full Time and Part Time | 7:00 AM to 7:15 PM

Part Time | 7:00 PM to 7:15 AM

Part Time | 7:00 PM to 11:15 PM (20 hours per week)
