Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a compassionate Resident Aide to assist with daily living activities and support our residents in a caring, respectful manner. You will help with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and dining experiences while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, prior experience in continuing care retirement communities or hospitals, strong customer service skills, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Participate in shift change reports.
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Collect menu tickets and assist with meal service and dining experience.
• Launder residents' belongings.
• Support resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Perform other duties as assigned by nursing staff.
