Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents in memory care or skilled nursing units. The role involves assisting with daily activities, responding to call lights, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.

You will work collaboratively with a caring team to deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining meticulous notes in the AOD data entry system and supporting residents with meals and choices.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of compassion are essential.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check is required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Respond to call lights and provide timely support.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality care.
• Enter data into computer on AOD.
• Provide menu selections and assist residents with eating.
