Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a compassionate Resident Aide for a full-time night shift at our Westlake, OH community. You will provide routine care and daily assistance to residents, supporting their physical, mental, and emotional well-being while following individualized care plans.

You will work with a supportive team in a not-for-profit setting that emphasizes respect, excellence, and meaningful contributions to residents and families.

Qualifications
