Job summary

Spectraforce Technologies is seeking a Senior Manager, Record-to-Report (R2R) Process Control Advisor for Lawrenceville, NJ. This 12‑month assignment offers 50% onsite work and a leadership role in global R2R controls, ICFR, and SOX compliance.

You will drive risk assessments, partner with process owners, and deliver control enhancements across the financial close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Finance/Accounting/Controls/Audit/Risk Management experience.
• Significant experience supporting Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience in pharma/regulatory industries preferred.
• Strong SOX knowledge and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead global R2R control assessments within the BCF controls program.
• Coordinate with Global Process Owners to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate to strengthen the control environment with process owners.
• Maintain awareness of evolving regulatory requirements and industry developments.
• Lead annual risk assessments and walkthroughs with external auditors.
• Identify control design gaps and drive sustainable remediation.
