Job summary

Versant3 is seeking a Manager, Central Accounting - Record to Report (R2R) to lead the day-to-day delivery of centralized R2R activities for the enterprise. You will own journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany postings, fixed assets, payroll, travel and expenses, and close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting to the Director of Central Accounting - R2R, you will supervise internal and outsourced teams, uphold SOX controls, and drive continuous improvement through

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of central accounting / R2R experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily and monthly execution of centralized R2R activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, intercompany postings, and close deliverables.
• Oversee asset accounting, payroll, travel & expenses, and account analysis per policies and controls.
• Coordinate with Corporate Accounting, Consolidations, Treasury, Tax, and external providers on close dependencies and issue resolution.
• Ensure SOX-compliant controls, audit readiness, and documentation; participate in policy updates.
