Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Digital Controllership Consultant to help finance leaders modernize controllership, strengthen controls, and implement digital finance solutions that drive business performance.

You will work with CFOs and controllers to transform processes, data, and technology, including SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, and BlackLine, while developing data models and analytics for improved insights. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting, controllership, FP&A, or cost accounting experience.
• 2+ years in requirements gathering, business process mapping, or ERP/finance platform implementations.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, BlackLine, or Power BI.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel ~50% based on client needs.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements focused on controllership, finance transformation, and digital finance modernization.
• Gather requirements, map business processes, and support solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Implement or optimize finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, and BlackLine.
• Develop accounting data models, reporting structures, and analytics to improve financial insight.
