Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Digital Controllership Senior Consultant to help finance leaders modernize the controllership function and strengthen how finance supports the business. In Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice, you will work with CFOs, controllers, and finance executives to address accounting, data, process, and technology challenges.

You will help clients implement digital finance solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• 3+ years of accounting, controllership, FP&A, or cost accounting experience.
• 3+ years performing requirements gathering and business process mapping for ERP/finance platforms.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, BlackLine, or similar tools.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel about 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Assist client engagements focused on controllership and finance transformation.
• Gather requirements, map processes, and support design, testing, deployment.
• Implement or optimize finance platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, BlackLine).
• Develop accounting data models, reporting structures, analytics for financial insight.
• Contribute to proposals and day-to-day client delivery.
