LifeGift Organ Donation Center seeks a Quality Performance Improvement Coordinator in Houston. This on-site role supports LifeGift's efforts to improve clinical and operating performance through lean, PI initiatives.

The role collaborates with physicians, nurses, management, and external partners to develop methods for monitoring and reporting process improvements, and to drive data-informed decisions.

Competenze

• Degree in a work-related field from an accredited college or university with a strong academic record or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years work experience in healthcare QAPI/PI or related performance improvement projects.

Mansioni

• Ensure work is completed using lean philosophy and principles.
• Support the planning, setup, execution, and follow-up of PI events and projects.
• Assist in writing reports, analyzing data, and creating data displays to support PI decisions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, management, client groups and others to develop methods to monitor and report process improvement.
• Assist with developing presentations and documents that articulate a compelling story through data.
• Assist in analyzing and identifying opportunities for improvement to develop, recommend, and implement proposed solutions.
• Execute time studies, process observations, and other information gathering activities for PI decision-making.
• Provide leadership to tiger teams by evaluating, diagnosing, and recommending improvements in collaborative manner across short and long duration projects.
