The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented data & performance measurement analyst to join our Program team in Dublin, Ohio. You’ll work hands-on with data from Wendy’s Wonderful Kids, bringing together information from multiple sources to support accurate reporting, program evaluation and performance measurement.

You’ll use Excel and SAS while supporting a transition to R, learning existing systems and processes as our data environment evolves.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree required; statistics or data analytics focus preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or program evaluation.
• Experience extracting, cleaning, transforming and analyzing data from multiple sources.
• Experience with R, SAS or Python for statistical analysis.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, maintain and deliver routine reporting for program reach, impact and progress.
• Maintain performance dashboards and data visualizations for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Analyze demographics, census, utilization and outcomes; ensure data hygiene and de-identified data handling.
• Develop understanding of data structures and reporting requirements to support automation with R.
