The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption in Dublin, OH is seeking a Data and Performance Measurement Analyst to translate complex data into clear evidence that informs strategy and program effectiveness. We are seeking excellent talent to help advance our mission. Located in Dublin, Ohio, we are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented data & performance measurement analyst to join our Program team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to apply advanced analytics using our Wendy’s Wonderful Kids Child Trends database to measure and document the work and progress of the Foundation. Your work will directly help ensure program alignment by using data to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic decision making. You will play a critical part in demonstrating the impact of Wendy’s Wonderful Kids program to internal and external stakeholders by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to tell its story.
