Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Data Analyst for a hybrid, Columbus, IN location to support data operations for donor campaigns. The role emphasizes Power BI reporting, data modeling, and data governance across global teams.

You will partner with IT and regional teams to improve data quality and automate reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills, experience with data lakes or cloud environments, and a track record of reducing manual reporting.

Qualifications

Our client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Data Analyst for their Columbus, IN/Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:

• Support the United Way active campaign operational tasks including data organization, validation, processing, collaborate with vendor and internal teams, generate reports for funds disbursement and matching program
• Support transition and migration of employee donations program into third party application, including historical data validation and analysis
• Support initiatives to reduce manual Excel-based processes and improve data automation
• Manage Power BI for reporting development, updates, enhancements, and stakeholder requests
• Support master data improvements, including collaboration with IT, regional teams and integration with existing data models
• Assist with data governance and access management for reporting models and data lake assets
