Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; statistics, data analytics or related degree preferred.
• 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, statistical reporting or program evaluation.
• Experience extracting, cleaning, transforming and analyzing data from multiple sources using SQL or comparable tools.
• Experience using statistical programming software such as R, SAS or Python; R preferred.
• Experience in child welfare or programs using evidence-based, data-driven practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain and deliver routine reporting on reach, impact and program progress.
• Maintain and update dashboards and data visualizations for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Analyze program demographics, census, utilization and outcomes; ensure data hygiene and de-identified handling.
• Apply statistical tools to conduct analyses and translate findings into insights and visualizations.
• Collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs and generate routine KPI reports.
• Develop understanding of programs to support data preparation, analysis and automation.
• Support production of publications, presentations and research resources.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and management.
