Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a data analytics professional to support evaluation design and data-driven reporting within a child behavioral health context. The role focuses on SAS-based statistical programming, data integration, and the development of measurable outcomes aligned with System of Care goals.

The candidate will work with state agencies and community partners to collect, analyze, and report on data, delivering regular briefs and visualizations for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• SAS used for statistical programming, data analysis, and reporting.
• Knowledge of research methodology and evaluation design.
• Experience with statistical analysis of categorical and continuous data.
• Data management including integration and data quality checks.
• Ability to develop evaluation metrics and measurable outcomes.
• Data visualization and reporting for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Regular reporting practices (quarterly and annual) and clear storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Design and monitor evaluation plans, methodologies, and logic models.
• Define and align outcome measures with System of Care goals.
• Create data collection protocols and support state agencies and community providers.
• Monitor data quality: accuracy, validity, reliability, and timeliness.
• Merge datasets and perform statistical analyses using SAS.
• Prepare data briefs, quarterly and annual reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with state agencies, community partners, providers, families, and youth.
