Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure every unit is spotless for guests and Owners. This role offers career growth within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The inspector thoroughly checks units, coordinates with room attendants, and supports Supervisors to uphold high cleanliness standards across resort locations. A High School Diploma/GED and prior housekeeping experience are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior housekeeping/supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail and professional conduct are essential.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspects assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and setup.
• Checks the assigned units to ensure proper cleaning.
• Calls room attendants to clean any missed areas.
• Aids Supervisors in promoting a cooperative spirit among housekeepers.
• Alerts Supervisor/Manager to areas needing attention and to housekeepers requiring guidance.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
