Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure all units meet cleanliness standards for guests and owners. The role involves inspecting rooms, coordinating with room attendants, and supporting supervisors to maintain high hygiene and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a high energy level, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be able to multitask and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced resort environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspects assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and setup.
• Checks assigned units to ensure proper cleaning.
• Calls room attendant to clean any area that was missed or not properly cleaned.
• Aids housekeeping supervisors in promoting a cooperative spirit among housekeepers.
• Alerts supervisor/manager to areas needing attention and to housekeepers requiring instructions.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
