Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with failure analysis, FMEA, SPC/FDC, or similar methodologies.
• Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and resolve assembly process issues using structured methods (failure analysis, FMEA, 8D, SPC/FDC).
• Lead process, equipment, and material evaluations; implement improvements at the process step level.
• Drive yield improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives across manufacturing lines.
• Validate and scale new process baselines, tools, and materials for new product introduction.
• Manage and audit suppliers; support internal and external audits and site-to-site process portability.
