Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting organizational operations and enterprise tools.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills in a cross-functional environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication for leadership audiences.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems with sound judgment.
• Experience with governance, compliance, documentation, reporting, or policy processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning cycles, operating reviews, and leadership meetings to set priorities and milestones.
• Prepare concise summaries and status updates for leaders to enable informed decisions.
• Develop and improve cross-functional processes; create repeatable standards and controls.
• Support AI tool evaluation, adoption, and governance with documented use cases.
• Administer and support Planisware and other PM tools; ensure reliability and access.
• Produce dashboards and reports; translate operations needs into actionable visuals and workflows.
• Coordinate technology requests and governance with stakeholders; maintain status visibility.
• Support governance, compliance, and knowledge management including SharePoint administration.
