Job summary

You will translate organizational needs into practical workflows, establish repeatable processes, and provide operational reporting and governance to drive improvements across programs and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Experience supporting organizational operations, enterprise tools, technical administration, systems coordination, program/product management, or process improvement.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills across a cross‑functional environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, document, improve, and implement processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership audiences.
• Ability to work independently, identify issues, and determine next steps.
• Experience with governance, compliance, documentation, reporting, or policy‑based processes.

Responsibilities

• Support organization-wide planning cycles, operating reviews, leadership meetings, and recurring business rhythms.
• Coordinate inputs to establish priorities, milestones, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• Maintain visibility into commitments, risks, decisions, and next steps across teams.
• Prepare concise summaries, presentations, and status updates for leaders.
• Connect related work and identify opportunities to improve alignment and execution.
• Develop, document, and improve processes across Technology Management and R&D.
• Create current-state workflows, identify gaps, and propose improvements.
• Establish repeatable standards, templates, guidance, and controls.
• Coordinate implementation of new processes and help teams adopt changes.
• Monitor process performance and drive ongoing refinement.
