Responsibilities

• Lead and manage R&D projects from concept through development, validation, and commercialization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, scientific research, manufacturing, and external partners.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Interface with customers to understand requirements and support product deployment.
• Oversee product testing, validation, and documentation processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Travel to customer and partner sites as needed to support project execution.
