  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Interface with customers to understand requirements and support product deployment.
  • Oversee product testing, validation, and documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and quality requirements.
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Travel to customer and partner sites as needed to support project execution.

Position Overview

Ambilabs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional research and development efforts. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong scientific background who has successfully guided products from development through commercialization and thrives in a fast-paced, innovation -driven environment.

The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, project management skills, and customer-facing experience, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage R&D projects from concept through development, validation, and commercialization
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, scientific research, manufacturing, and external partners
  • Develop andmaintaindetailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Identifyrisks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Interface directly with customers to understand requirements and support product deployment
  • Oversee product testing, validation, and documentation processes
  • Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and quality requirements
  • Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders
  • Travel to customer and partner sites as needed to support project execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field)
  • Proven experience managing technical or R&D projects
  • Demonstrated success bringing products from development through commercialization
  • Strong understanding of scientific instrumentation or environmental sensing technologies
  • Experience with particulate measurement or aerosol science preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites as required
