Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Optical, Microwave, System, or Embedded Software).
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience leading Engineering teams in electronic product development.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and sensor technologies.
• Proven experience delivering multi-disciplinary product development programs.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of engineers, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and execution within budget and schedule.
• Define project scope with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Operations and QA.
• Communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
