Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of progressive HR experience in large, matrixed global environments.
• Five or more years in global talent acquisition, executive recruiting or strategic sourcing.
• Experience building customized talent strategies for clients and guiding senior leadership.
• Ability to operate independently and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience developing senior recruiters and TA professionals with advisory focus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy and priorities for TA across R&D client groups.
• Advise R&D leadership, Business HR and Global TA on talent needs and governance.
• Develop real-time recruiting strategies addressing evolving client needs.
• Lead end-to-end search execution for confidential or critical roles.
• Lead advisory work on TA processes, governance and resource planning.
• Hire and develop senior recruiters and TA managers.
• Collaborate globally to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
• Provide data-driven insights on talent trends and performance.
• Champion tech enhancements and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Audit TA processes for continuous improvement and compliance.
