Job summary

Kenvue is seeking R&D Summer Interns for a 12-week program in Summit, NJ. Interns will join multiple functional roles within Research & Development, including Product and Process Development, Upstream Innovation, and Consumer & Sensory Science.

The internship offers mentorship, training, and hands-on experience with laboratory testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and no visa sponsorship needed now or in the future.
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the co-op.
• Able to commit to 12 weeks, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Own an individual project with strategic business impact.
• Gain exposure to consumer industry trends and literature.
• Develop relationships with cross-functional teams (Marketing, PM, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
• Work on innovative scientific solutions in product development and performance.
• Follow SOPs, operate state-of-the-art instruments, design experiments, and present results.
