Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is offering a 2027 Summer Intern position in Global Development Operations to transform R&D processes. The role blends project management, cost-saving strategies, and cross-functional collaboration across PA/NJ locations in a hybrid on-site model.

You will gain exposure to pharmaceutical R&D, data science concepts, and stakeholder management while supporting multiple optimization projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and must not require sponsorship.
• Actively enrolled in an accredited university for the duration of the internship.
• By start date, must be an undergraduate sophomore or above.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the internship.
• Ability to provide transportation to/from the work location.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Support SBO projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and timelines.
• Assist in operations strategy, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Engage with stakeholders to share updates and progress.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
