You will build an internationally competitive R&D team, develop performance incentives, and manage budgets while advancing green chemistry and advanced formulation technologies. This leadership role demands vision and execution at the highest level.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. required with strong medicinal chemistry or pharmaceutical engineering background.
• Over 10 years in pharmaceutical R&D and 10+ years in management roles.
• Proven track record leading products from IND to NDA/BLA.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize R&D management systems incl. project/IP/QA.
• Lead API/formulation R&D and regulatory ceuting with global standards.
• Head teams for NCEs, generics, and 505(b)(2) programs.
• Drive tech breakthroughs in formulations and tech transfer to manufacturing.
• Oversee talent recruitment and build international R&D team.
• Manage R&D budget, optimize resources and output.
• Develop regulatory strategies and liaise with CDE/NMPA, FDA, EU regulators.
• Expand collaborations with universities, CROs, and research institutes.
