Job summary

ZS is seeking a Discovery Client Lead to manage assigned pharmaceutical and biotech accounts, owning relationships and the overall account strategy. You will align with client R&D priorities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive opportunities across the Discovery portfolio.

You bring an advanced degree, strong communication with scientists and executives, and a proven track record in consulting, BD, and leading delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship and communication skills with scientists and senior stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to or leading business development and proposal development.
• Broad familiarity with drug discovery with depth in at least one area (bioinformatics, AI, data, strategy, or technology).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the named Discovery Client Lead (DCL) for assigned accounts, owning the client relationship and account strategy.
• Develop and execute account plans based on client R&D priorities and decision-making structure.
• Build trusted relationships across client stakeholders from scientists to senior R&D leaders.
• Identify opportunities across the Discovery portfolio and drive growth across service lines.
