Zhejiang Zongheng Human Resources Co., Ltd. is seeking candidates to lead R&D efforts across strategic planning, raw materials development, and formulation development. The role covers strategy, development, optimization, scale-up, and tech transfer to ensure robust products and efficient production.

Responsibilities include defining the technical roadmap, solving complex development challenges, and ensuring successful delivery of formulations with improved bioavailability and stability.

Responsabilités

• Strategic Planning: Develop research and development strategy and technical roadmap for raw materials and finished products.
• Raw Materials Development: Lead development, optimization, scaling-up and commercial production technical support of raw materials; address synthesis routes, crystallization purification, and impurity control.
• Formulation Development: Oversee formulation screening, development, scaling-up and technology transfer for oral solids, complex injections, sustained-release and controlled-release formulations, improving bioavailability and stability.
