Job summary

Zhejiang Zongheng Human Resources Co., Ltd. seeks an experienced R&D scientist to lead formulation screening and optimization for inhaled products such as DPI and SMI, ensuring projects stay on schedule.

The role spans formulation development through preclinical and clinical stages, aiming for regulatory submissions while coordinating with pharmacology, toxicology, PK, and CRO teams. A strong background in polymorph control and crystallization is highly valued, with PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Education & Major: Master's degree or above (Ph.D. preferred) in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields.
• Over 3 years of R&D experience in inhaled formulations (DPI/SMI, etc.); familiar with the R&D processes, key equipment, and characterization methods for inhaled formulations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulation screening, process optimization, and device compatibility studies of inhaled formulations (e.g., Dry Powder Inhalers [DPI], Soft Mist Inhalers [SMI]), ensuring project progression according to schedule.
• Responsible for R&D spanning from formulation development to process optimization, as well as preclinical and clinical stages, ensuring the smooth advancement and successful regulatory submission of new drug projects.
• Participate in technical research in areas such as polymorph control, process physicochemical properties, and intelligent crystallization to resolve technical challenges during formulation development.
• Work closely with pharmacology, toxicology, pharmacokinetics (PK), and CRO teams to facilitate the smooth transition of new drugs from the laboratory stage to clinical research.
