Seasonal Position: April 2025 - October 2025

Wright Manufacturing, an award-winning producer of commercial-grade lawn equipment in Frederick, Maryland, is seeking a creative and motivated R&D Seasonal Equipment Operator to support the team. If you enjoy operating top-quality commercial lawn care equipment and the smell of fresh-cut grass, this position offers a great opportunity for a hands-on, mechanically inclined, self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the R&D team to conduct functionality, performance, stress, and reliability testing to ensure product quality standards.
• Operate and test products in local test fields under various conditions to evaluate real-world performance.
• Provide detailed feedback on user experience, performance, and potential improvements.

Requirements:

• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment safely (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills for on-site challenges.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
