Schneider Electric seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the SDS R&D portfolio in North America, coordinating across Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, and Marketing. You will drive portfolio reporting, risk management, and strategic investments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of innovative offerings.

You will mentor Project Managers, champion standardized processes, and collaborate with global teams to optimize resources and performance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 10+ years in project management, engineering and product development.
• Experience managing complex technical projects and portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Lead NA SDS R&D portfolio across global systems and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Consolidate portfolio data and report on KPIs and performance.
• Drive rolling forecast coordination with Finance and PMO.
• Coach PMs on leadership and execution excellence.
• Define objectives with Offer Management and commercial teams; deliver on time, budget, and quality.
