Schneider Electric in Raleigh, NC seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead the SDS R&D portfolio within the Variable Speed Drive Systems line. You will drive program governance, optimize project execution, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across engineering, quality, operations, and finance to deliver on schedule, budget, and product performance.
The role requires a strong track record in complex engineering projects, global collaboration, and excellence in communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field required.
- 10+ years in Project Management, Engineering and Product Development.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and global collaboration experience.
- Experience managing complex technical projects and portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead the R&D project portfolio for SDS North America, aligning with global programs.
- Consolidate portfolio data and monitor KPIs and performance.
- Coordinate rolling forecast with Finance and PMO teams.
- Deliver portfolio reporting for leadership reviews and governance bodies.
- Identify and escalate risks, issues, and roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor project managers on leadership and execution excellence.
