Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related research experience.
• 1-3 years’ related experience in research.
• Experience with research processes, including data collection and data entry.
• Experience with computer software programs.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages the technical aspect of R&D projects.
• Plans and coordinates all activities pertinent to specific research and development projects.
• Communicates and collects all relevant data related to R&D projects.
• Liaises between clinical staff and research projects.
• Ensures patient safety, compliance with the protocol and regulatory agencies and data integrity.
• Performs other duties which may include mentoring new employees and participating in hospital initiatives.
