Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3 years of related research experience.
• 1-3 years’ related experience.
• Experience with data collection and data entry.
• Experience with computer software programs.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages the technical aspect of research and development projects.
• Plans and coordinates activities for R&D projects.
• Communicates and collects relevant data for R&D projects.
• Acts as a liaison between clinical staff and research projects.
• Ensures patient safety and compliance with protocol and regulatory agencies and adherence to safety regulations and data integrity.
• Mentors new employees and participates in hospital initiatives.
