Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or relevant experience/education per company policy.
• Current State PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Master's degree in Nursing, MBA or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical specialty.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees data collection on quality and satisfaction measures for the facility and department.
• Acts as clinical expert and role model; mentors staff and may supervise.
• Demonstrates leadership and effective communication to improve relationships and outcomes.
• Uses the nursing process to plan and coordinate patient care for the appropriate age group.
• Ensures appropriate staffing levels and mix to meet productivity needs.
